The weight (or lack thereof) and spring loaded clasp make it so. I think it’s a great fit on my 6.5 inch wrist. I love the chunky case, the silky smooth bracelet, the crisp bezel, cream colored hands and markers, the crown on the left and the engineering in this watch.
A great alternative to the Sea-Dweller is the Tudor Pelagos, which can be purchased for around the K mark. It retails for ,575. At 42mm, it does wear large, but not so much that it would look too oversized on a 6.5-inch wrist.
